“The history of all hitherto existing societies is the history of class struggles“, not the history of legal documentation. An enterprise agreement is not only a reflection of the state of class forces at the time, but also an instrument for their realisation in the present. If you don’t have the collective power to enforce an agreement then it isn’t worth the paper it was written on.
We intend to keep a store of resources about the enforcement of the enterprise agreement here as they are produced.
